Privacy Policy

How All Powers Gym collects, uses, and protects your personal data, and the rights you have over it.

This policy explains how All Powers Gym collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website or get in touch with us. We are the data controller for the information described here. If you have any questions about it, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Who we are

All Powers Gym, Hallam Mill, Hallam St, Davenport, Stockport, SK2 6PT. Email: allpowersgym@outlook.com.

What personal data we collect and why

We collect very little. Our website has no contact form, no account sign-up and no newsletter, so the only ways we hold your data are these.

When you contact us

If you email or call us, we hold what you tell us — your name, your contact details, and whatever you ask about — so that we can answer you. The lawful basis is legitimate interests: it is in both our interests and yours that we can respond to an enquiry you chose to send us. We do not record phone calls.

When you browse the site

If you agree to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to see how the site is used — which pages people visit, how they found us, and roughly which region they are in. This helps us improve the site. The lawful basis is consent: these cookies stay switched off until you accept them in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that at any time.

Google Analytics 4 does not record or store your IP address, and we use Google Consent Mode, which keeps analytics switched off until you accept. See our Cookie Policy for the detail.

When you use the class booking system

Our Classes page includes a booking system provided by ClassFit. If you book or pay through it, ClassFit and its payment provider Stripe collect the details you enter directly. We never see or store your card details. Their own privacy policies govern that data.

Who else processes your data

We use a small number of trusted third parties to run the site. They act on our behalf as data processors:

  • Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) — provides the analytics that tell us how the site is used. Google may process this data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on the UK's approved transfer safeguards.

  • Microsoft (Outlook.com) — hosts our email account, so any message you send us is stored there.

  • Our website hosting and infrastructure providers — store and serve this website and our content management system. They process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs.

  • ClassFit and Stripe — provide class booking and payment on our Classes page.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries you send us: we keep them for 12 months after the enquiry is closed, then delete them.

  • Analytics data: Google Analytics keeps it for the retention period set on our account, after which Google deletes it.

Once we no longer need your data for the purpose we collected it, we delete it.

Transfers outside the UK

Some of our processors, such as Google and Stripe, may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, they rely on the UK government's adequacy decisions or the UK's standard transfer safeguards, so your data is protected to the same standard as it would be here.

Your rights over your data

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you (a subject access request);

  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong;

  • ask us to delete your data;

  • ask us to restrict or object to how we use it;

  • ask for your data in a portable format;

  • withdraw your consent to analytics at any time.

To use any of these rights, email us at allpowersgym@outlook.com. We will respond within one month, and there is no charge in normal cases.

Withdrawing consent to cookies

If you agreed to analytics cookies and change your mind, you can withdraw consent at any time using the cookie settings icon on our site, and you can clear cookies in your browser. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and it will not affect anything we did while consent was in place.

How to complain

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right — email allpowersgym@outlook.com and we will look into it and respond.

You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator. You can reach them at ico.org.uk, or by post at Information Commissioner's Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page. This version was last updated 16 September 2026.
