What cookies All Powers Gym sets, what each one does, and how you turn analytics cookies on or off.
This policy explains the cookies we use on the All Powers Gym website, what each one is for, and how you control them. Read it alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle your personal data more generally.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device — your phone, tablet or computer — when you visit. They let the site remember things, like whether you have already made a choice about cookies. Some are essential to make the site work. Others are optional and only run if you say yes.
Do you have to accept our cookies?
No. Our analytics cookies stay switched off until you agree to them in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind whenever you like. A small number of essential cookies run automatically, because the site and its booking system cannot work properly without them.

The last two are set by our class booking provider, ClassFit, and its payment provider, Stripe, when a page containing the booking system loads. We do not control them and cannot read them.
Analytics cookies
These are optional and only run if you agree. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to see how people use the site — which pages get visited, how visitors found us, roughly which region they are in. It helps us make the site better. These cookies send data to Google, so under UK law they need your consent, and they stay off until you give it.

Google Tag Manager itself does not set cookies — it is the container that loads Google Analytics.
How to change your mind or turn cookies off
You are in control of the optional analytics cookies, and it is as easy to switch them off as it was to switch them on:
Use our cookie settings. Click the small cookie icon that appears at the edge of the screen on any page. From there you can accept or reject analytics cookies at any time.
Clear cookies in your browser. Every browser lets you delete cookies already stored and block new ones. Look in your browser's privacy or history settings. Bear in mind that blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, including class booking, from working.
If you reject or later withdraw consent, we stop the analytics cookies from running. It will not affect anything that happened while consent was in place.
Cookies set by others
Google Analytics is run by Google as a third party on our behalf. We use Google Consent Mode, so Google is told not to use analytics storage until you consent, and Google Analytics 4 does not record your IP address. Google may process data outside the UK; where it does, it relies on the UK's approved transfer safeguards.
ClassFit and Stripe set the booking and payment cookies described above when our Classes page loads. Their own privacy and cookie policies govern how they use them.
Changes to this policy
If we add or change the cookies we use, we will update this page. This version was last updated 16 September 2026.
