Been going to this gym for Muay Thai for 8 years & it's quality. The training is among the best in the UK - all instructors have good fight experience, pass on their knowledge and keep standards high. They're also nice and approachable, so people aren't ignored if they're on a different level & just want to keep fit. It's well worth a visit.
